Versatile cellist, Gloria Aleza, interprets classical music, rock, flamenco as well as medieval and traditional music from different countries with different traditional and vintage instruments.
Educated in the C.I.M of Mislata and the Conservatory of Valencia, in the year 2000 she obtained the degree in violoncello for «The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music» of London. In addition,s he attends advanced courses with Asier Polo, Ángel Luis Quintana, David Apellániz, Mariano García, Christophe Coin and Alexander Petras in Maastrich (Holland). She completed his training with professors Sergi Boadella and Marçal Cervera in Barcelona.
She has been part of different orchestras and groups and plays signature music with singer-songwriter Antonio Selfa. In 2012 she formed a duo with the guitarist Toni Cotolí and collaborated in dance and theater shows with various companies as an actress and cellist.
As a result of her musical interest, she started to in medieval music and the Eastern Mediterranean with Paloma Gutiérrez del Arroyo and Efrén López with whom she played in the groups «Abracadabra» and «EVO». In 2015 she formed the group «Udiva» together with Jaume Pallardó and Juanfran Ballestero who interpreted Mediterranean rhythms and in 2016, together with Juanma Rivero, the group «Vella Obila» specialised in medieval music. She has collaborated in various projects with musicians such as Mara Aranda, Jota Martínez and Miquel Pérez Perelló.
